Brand New Alert Logic Community & Knowledge Base

The Alert Logic® Community and Knowledge Base are now available for use. Knowledge Base is a self-service resource for expanding your cloud security and compliance knowledge, while Community is your space for crowd-sourced contributions and engaging conversation around Alert Logic solutions. We developed these mediums to provide easy access to information from a variety of subject matter experts and give customers quick responses to common questions and concerns.

Alert Logic Community 

When you arrive at the Help Center homepage, you’ll find a number of options for accessing support information, including Community and Knowledge Base. Most of our content is visible to anyone. However, in order to post, comment, follow, or vote, you'll need to sign in with the same credentials that you use to sign in to the Alert Logic product user interface. To sign in to the Help Center, click “Sign in” in the upper right hand corner of the page. You’ll then be prompted for your username and password. Remember, these are the same as your product credentials.

Knowledge Base

If you’re looking for practical how-tos, recommended best practices, special guides, or recent software updates, the best place to start is Knowledge Base. Articles cover everything from agent functionality to preventing ransomware. We are always increasing the range of articles from which you are able to consult, so check back often. To follow a Knowledge Base section or article that interests you, click “Follow” in the upper right hand corner of the section or article and then select the type of email notifications that you would like to receive.

Community

As part of our vision for Community, we architected customer-centered topics to foster knowledge sharing. These topics include the following:

  • Discussions – Converse about all things cloud security and compliance.
  • Answers – Ask and answer questions about Alert Logic solutions.
  • Ideas – Request future Alert Logic product features.
  • Feedback – Tell us what you think about Alert Logic solutions.
  • Meetups – Arrange a community meetup in your area. This topic is only visible to signed-in community members.

To follow a topic or post that interests you, click “Follow” in the upper right hand corner of the topic or post and then select the type of email notifications that you would like to receive. You can also vote on the helpfulness of, or your agreement with, a community post or comment by clicking the up or down arrow to its left.

While Alert Logic encourages community members to share their cloud security and compliance knowledge for the benefit of all, it’s important to be respectful. Our Community Member Guidelines outline some do’s and don’ts to remember when engaging with us and each other. We reserve the right to reject or remove any posts or comments that do not conform to these guidelines.
