Check Out the New and Improved Alert Logic Support Center

We’re proud to announce that the Alert Logic® Support Center has been redesigned to provide you with an improved user experience! The Support Center houses several helpful resources that you can take advantage of when you’re in need of support or just want to expand your understanding of Alert Logic solutions. The Knowledge Base and Community are Support Center features, and have also received a design upgrade. Documentation and Training continue to be available via the Support Center as well.

Knowledge Base

The Alert Logic Knowledge Base contains an abundance of articles on all things Alert Logic. These bite-sized articles will provide you with answers to your more specific questions. The Knowledge Base contains several categories for you to choose from when searching for the information that will benefit you.

With over 200 articles (and growing!) to choose from, we’re confident that you’ll be able to find the answer you’re looking for and expand your knowledge of Alert Logic solutions easily.

Community

The Alert Logic Community is home to various forums, which revolve around Alert Logic solutions and that customers can take part in now. Each forum serves a different purpose based on what you’d like to accomplish and contains applicable posts that customers can contribute to and comment on.

Discussions are open-ended conversations about all things cloud security, compliance, and Alert Logic. Here, you can start a thought-provoking conversation or add your two cents to one that’s already begun.

In Questions & Answers, ask our Alert Logic experts about anything – how to accomplish a task, where to find something in the Alert Logic console – anything! We’ll provide you with an answer as quickly as possible, or another Alert Logic customer will help you out. Are you the Alert Logic expert? You can also answer your fellow customers’ questions here.

Feature Requests is your place to submit a feature request to our Product Management team for consideration. Not only do you have an easy place to make your case for a new feature, but you also have a central place to follow updates on feature requests. When we have news about your request, we’ll share it with you in this space.

In the Feedback forum, you can tell us what you think about your Alert Logic solutions. Your feedback here will help us improve our service and solutions.

While most of our Community forums are open for all visitors to view, only customers who log in to the Support Center using their product credentials can contribute to the Community. Log in to post, comment, vote, or follow!

Documentation & Training

Alert Logic Documentation houses extensive information on the things that you should do to provision and maintain your Alert Logic solutions.

Alert Logic LEARN is your portal for eLearning and your path to Alert Logic Certifications. You can choose your learning path with interactive, self-paced courses on Alert Logic solutions. Certifications for Threat Manager and Log Manager are coming soon.

Brand New Feature - User Profiles

We are also excited to share with you a new feature of the Support Center – user profiles! All customers who contribute in the Community or Knowledge Base now have a profile with an overview of their engagement. Use your profile to keep track of your posts and comments, and view others’ profiles to see how they’ve been contributing. You can follow other members of the Community to stay up to date with their contributions, as well. Rest assured – no sensitive information about you or your company can ever be seen by other Community members or visitors. The only information that others can see is your name and the contributions that you choose to share in the Community or Knowledge Base.

Alert Logic encourages customers to share their thoughts and knowledge for the benefit of all in a respectful manner. Our Community Member Guidelines outline some dos and don’ts to remember when engaging with us and each other. We reserve the right to reject or remove any posts or comments that do not conform to these guidelines.

We hope that you will enjoy the new and improved design of the Support Center, Knowledge Base, and Community, and that the provided resources will help and engage you! Utilize the Getting the Most Out of the Alert Logic Support Center knowledge base article to learn more about how to interact with these resources. If you have any questions or concerns, contact the Knowledge Management team at community@alertlogic.com.
